Hey UK derbyworld! (and nearish buy European leagues). I’m putting a call out to see if any leagues are interested in working with me on a more regular basis to aid in your teams development? Basically I’d come and coach sessions catered to your league every other month or so. In return for regular gigs, we have an ongoing dialogue of advice, as well as a fb group where I can provide feedback on training videos.

I’m currently working with a couple of leagues in this way and would like to add a few more. There’s space for me to work with about 2 or 3 more leagues max.

I want to help you problem solve and achieve big things this season - If you’re into it, shoot me an email! jukeboxxa18(at)gmail(dot)com.

You are awesome! Thank you for taking the time to come over and for being so approachable and lovely!

ok so you seem like a pretty badass roller girl and i need some advice! i'm pretty new at this whole roller derby thing and was wondering if you have any advice on successfully completing 25/5 and any other tips you may have. :)

Sorry im SUPER slow at seeing this!

Obs good skating form is key. You need to make sure you are powering through your heels instead of the ball of your foot.  One other easy tip is to skate the track correctly! So coast into the turns, start your crossovers at the apex and out of the turn, then back to coasting. You should be able to do an entire lap in 3-6 crossovers total. It works for energy conservation as well as using the physics of the shape of the oval. Good luck!

{My favorite drill was} Hockey stops.  It was the first time someone broke down the steps so that I could actually understand what to do.
